Who we are

Rothridge Holdings LLC (“Rothridge,” “we,” “us”) is a Wyoming company under Clarkarion Group LLC. We help homeowners run, rent, or sell property, and we run a cash-buyer portal for approved investors. We are a principal investor — not a licensed brokerage.

How to reach us

Email only: [email protected]. We do not publish a street address for walk-ins, and we do not take phone inquiries through this site.

What we collect

• Contact and property inquiries — name, email, phone (if you give it), property city/state, and the message you send on forms (run-my-home, cash sale, Section 8, sober living, cash-buyer list, stay).
• Buyer portal accounts — email, password hash, subscription plan status (Free / First Look), saved searches, favorites, compare lists, deal calculator inputs you enter, and offer notes.
• Proof-of-funds (POF) files — documents you upload with an offer. These are stored in a private bucket, visible only to Rothridge admins for review. They are not shown on the public site and are not shared with other buyers.
• Technical basics — session cookies for admin and buyer-portal sign-in, CSRF tokens, and standard server logs needed to keep the site secure.
• Neighborhood research (First Look) — when you open a deal’s research tools we may request public or licensed data (for example HUD Fair Market Rents and free school datasets) and cache it for performance. That research is tied to the property, not sold as a profile about you.

Subscriptions and payments

First Look plans ($49/month or $490/year) are described on the portal. Card payments are not live on this site yet. When payments are turned on, we will process them through a payment provider (planned: Square); we will not store full card numbers on our servers. Until then, plan status may be set manually by an admin.

Alerts and outreach

Saved-search alerts can be queued in our system, but we do not send alert emails or outreach blasts from this site while those features are held off. Nothing auto-sends without a later, separate decision to turn sending on.

How we use data

• To answer your inquiry and follow up by email.
• To run the buyer portal (search, deals, offers, POF review, admin tools).
• To protect the site (login security, abuse prevention, quotas).
• To improve listings and research tools for approved buyers.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or advertisers. POF files and offer details stay in our private admin workflow. We may use service providers (hosting, email, maps, property data APIs) only to operate Rothridge — they are not allowed to use your data for their own marketing.

Cookies and sign-in

We use essential cookies for admin and buyer-portal sessions. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.

How long we keep data

Inquiry and portal records are kept as long as needed for the business relationship, legal holds, or dispute handling, then deleted or minimized. You can email us to ask for a copy or deletion of your portal account or inquiry; we may keep limited records when the law requires it.

Security

We use HTTPS, security headers, private storage for POF uploads, and access controls on admin tools. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; email us if you suspect a problem.

Children

This site is for adults doing real-estate business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Governing law

These privacy practices are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Wyoming are the venue for disputes that cannot be resolved by email.

Changes

We may update this draft. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish a revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
